Displaying the Romantic "Genoa" Transfer Pattern, this 9 3/8 inch plate has a Charming mark with a British Crown Flanked by dendritic type trees which are echoed on the Front Border. The plate also harbors an impressed Mark of Adams above 17. A calming blue transfer on a cream white ground highlighting a couple beginning their ascent to a romantic ruin. No chips or cracks with a preserved glaze.
