Exquisite "Tuscan Rose" Brown Transfer Plate

Clews Brown Transferware, early 19th Century. Description: An elegant 9" brown transfer plate with flowers, urn and butterfly. A beaded scalloped edge has mild wear with mild glaze wear, rubbing on front at 630 and 7 o'clock but the glaze on the plate is otherwise lovely and bright, no chips or cracks. Impressed with a crisp Clews Warranted Staffordshire Mark.
